Do you accept custom orders?

How do I find out the right size? Measurements?

Please note: measurements need to be done on a naked body
Thigh measurements should be taken very precisely. Please measure the stood,  not relaxed tight, tightening a measure tape as much as you will need a tight cuff to be fixed on your leg, in order to not let it slip off.If you doubt the correctness of the chosen size, write me your measurements and I will help you with the choice.
How do I place an order?
1. In stock items/ SHOP: select your desired product and place it in the virtual shopping cart. After you have paid, you will receive an e-Mail with all the necessary information (invoice, shipping time, returns, etc.)
2. Bespoke items: just click on the product of your choice and send me your request. Afterwards you will receive an answer and we both will discuss your measured product. If it is a new design, send me an email with your ideas and wishes. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
1. In stock items/ SHOP: a customer needs to inform me about cancellation within one day (24hours) after an order is made. Please note, that all of my products are handmade specifically for the customer’s order. So after 24hours, once I’ve started working on the product which was ordered, I won’t be able to cancel it. If a cancellation will be requested by a customer within 1 day (24 hours), a customer will be refunded 5% less, because of the bank commission.
2. Bespoke items: custom orders require a deposit. Please note that an order of a custom made accessory can not be canceled after the deposit has been paid. Accessories measured to your body assume that I individually respond to your wishes, in further consequence I order the materials that you've chosen and I will produce an individual one-off piece just as you want it. 
Can I change my order?
Yes, the customer can make changes to his first order within 24 hours after ordering. The customer must contact me by mail or messenger about this, indicating personal information (order confirmation) and the number of his order.

Gift Cards
Any purchased gift card is valid during a year. Gift Cards are delivered by E-Mail and contain instruction to redeem them at checkout. Rainbow Bondage Gift Cards have no additional processing fees.

What materials do you use?
All Rainbow Bondage goods are made from the highest quality full grain leather from Europe. I select the highest quality skins because the character of a good leather underlines the quality of the design and it is the most important decision for the subsequent quality of my products. 
Leather has certain characteristics that, for example, vegan alternatives do not currently fulfil. Therefore, the longevity suffers. I produce all goods by hand and therefore also want to create a long-lasting end product.
I am happy to produce goods from vegan alternatives on request, but I cannot guarantee the same longevity that applies to leather.

Why do you use leather? 
Usually I use leather, because it is "long-lasting" due to its natural characteristics. My philosophy is: if I make it by hand, then I use the moste durable material. Should you prefer vegan materials, tell me and I will do so!
Which leather do you use?
In principle I work with a high quality Italian full-grain cowhide leather, which is available in 90 colours. 
Do you work with all leathers?
I do not work with exotic animal skins: crocodile, ostrich, snake leather, etc., as well as furs are not processed in my design studio.
Do you use vegan leather?
Yes! Currently I only create custom orders with vegan leather. Please contact me via e-mail if you are interested in a custom made accessory.
Guarantee?
Every Rainbow Bondage product comes with one year guarantee. My commitment to exceptional quality and craftsmanship extends to the service you and your products receive. I will happily replace or repair your product in as timely a period as possible. Contact come@rainbowbondage.com and I will take care of you!
note: a good handling of the product and regular care can even provide a lifetime warranty! 

Where are the products made?
All of my products are handcrafted in Vienna, Austria, in my beautiful design studio. I have more than 8 years of experience in the leather industry and can luckily call my own one of the last leather craftswoman with a Master Craftsmanship.

Order packing?
Each order is lovingly and uniquely wrapped. A fine tissue paper protects your product and on the top you will find a personal postcard on which I will be happy to write a message from you. Simply choose the option to leave a personal message when placing your order.

Rainbow Bondage offers free standard delivery when you purchase products over EUR 250,-
Orders from Austria: 4,90
EU Orders /Switzerland: 14,50
International Orders: 25,- (Australia & New Zealand shipping costs are €40,-).
I will ship everywhere around the world and I offer express shipping by DHL Express (and/or other shipping companies like GLS, Post, Hermes,.. ). Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.
When will my purchase ship?
I want you to have your new product as soon as possible! All of my products are handmade and made to your order/measurements. Production time takes 7-10 days (depending on the current order situation). Anyway, if you have ordered a bespoke piece, we are both in E-Contact - that way I'll keep you up to date with all the shipping info. 
How long will it take my package to arrive?
Delivery company by DHL takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location. These terms may vary due to COVID-19 and quarantine situation in the world. You’ll be able to track your package by using the shipping confirmation E-Mail that I send as soon as your order begins its journey. 
If an accessory is out of stock, will it be restocked? 
Yes- I do my best to restock as quick as possible. All products that show “currently out of stock” will be restocked. You can add your name to the waitlist for the product(s) you are interested in and I will email you once they are back in stock. 
I have an idea for a design, and I don't know how to draw it. Can you help me?
Nica is an expert in her field. This includes helping her customers visualise their designs. Just send an e-mail to come@rainbowbondage.com. Nica will be happy to support you in all the stages of finalising your custom design.
Where do your source your materials?
All used materials are sourced in Europe from trusted vendors. If you place an order, I will be glad to give you more information about your future product. As all accessories are produced by hand, I can ensure the quality of all materials before they go out to my customers.
Do you add tracking to the shipment of orders?
Yes, I do! Once I have shipped your order I will send you the tracking number.
How can I see the accessory I like in person?
Make an appointment and come by my beautiful design studio in Vienna. It's best to let me know in advance so we can make sure someone is there to help you out. Alternatively I can offer a personal virtual shopping experience. Via video call I can show you the accessory, walk you through all the design details and answer any questions. Simply send me an email to schedule an online appointment.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Yes, the customer will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes. Please note that I have no insight or control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.
